ClaimsHero Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The following describes the terms and conditions which apply to participation in the campaign referral programs (collectively, the "Referral Programs") currently offered by ClaimsHero Holdings LLC ("ClaimsHero"). If you wish to participate in any Referral Program ClaimsHero offers, you agree to the terms described below, as well as ClaimsHero's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The term "Referral" describes any of your friends or family members who submits a claim through ClaimsHero using your referral link. The term "Referrer" is used for the ClaimsHero client who refers friends or family members using the Referral Program.

By participating in the ClaimsHero Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   This program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. To be eligible for a referral reward, Referrers must submit qualified referrals in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Qualified Referral:

   A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a new Referral who:

   • Is at least 18 years old;
   • Submits a valid claim via the Referrer's campaign specific referral link;
   • Signs an engagement letter with ClaimsHero; and
   • Has the engagement letter countersigned by ClaimsHero. Referrals that do not result in a countersigned engagement letter will not be considered "Qualified Referrals."
3. Referral Reward:
   • Campaign-Specific Rewards: ClaimsHero may run different referral campaigns, and the rewards for each referral campaign may vary. Details regarding referral rewards for each campaign will be provided as part of the specific campaign's terms.
   • Referrers will only receive a referral reward for Qualified Referrals. Rewards will not be given for:
     • Referrals that do not lead to fully executed engagement letters for which the client has a legitimate good faith claim (i.e. signed by both Referral and ClaimsHero).
     • Referrals who ClaimsHero determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, do not possess valid claims.
     • Referrals who have previously submitted a claim or have existing relationships with ClaimsHero. Only first-time Referrals are eligible under this program.
     • Multiple referrals of the same individual. The same person may not be referred more than once. If a Referral was also referred by another referrer, the referrer that will earn the referral reward will be the referrer link used to submit the claim. If the Referral uses another referrer's link to submit a claim, you will not receive the referral reward.
     • Referrers will not receive an additional referral reward for the same Referral submitting additional claims.
4. Prohibited Solicitation Methods:

   Direct soliciting of Referrals either in-person or by telephone is strictly prohibited. Any participant found engaging in such behavior will be disqualified from the program and forfeit any referral rewards. Each Referral should be someone you have a direct, personal relationship with. You may not distribute your referral link or otherwise solicit anyone through mass email, any form of commercial advertising or other similar means. You are not authorized to use any trademark or other intellectual property of ClaimsHero without the prior written consent of ClaimsHero.

   Acceptable methods of referral include:

   • Text message (SMS)
   • Direct message (DM) through social media platforms to only your friends or family members
   • Email communication
5. Payment of Referral Rewards:

   Once a Qualified Referral has been confirmed, referral rewards will be paid in accordance with ClaimsHero's internal policies. ClaimsHero reserves the right to determine the timing and method of payment.

   Important Legal Note: Referral rewards cannot be paid unless the referred client provides explicit informed consent to the disclosure of their information to the referral source. The only information that will be disclosed is that a Referral has engaged ClaimsHero. The Referrer will not receive a referral reward if the Referral does not provide this consent. The Referrer is not entitled to any other information about the claim and ClaimsHero is prohibited from disclosing any other information about a client representation.

6. Campaign Terms:

   ClaimsHero may periodically update or launch new campaigns that impact the referral rewards. The terms and specific rewards for each campaign will be announced and apply exclusively to those referred during that campaign.

7. Program Changes:

   ClaimsHero reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms or program will be effective upon posting.

8. General:

   Participation in this program does not create any employment or agency relationship between ClaimsHero and the Referrer. All referrers are independent and are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from the receipt of referral rewards.

9. Important Disclaimers:

   We reserve the right to suspend your account and revoke any awarded referral rewards if we detect any activity by the Referrer and/or Referral that violates the Referral Program terms and conditions, ClaimsHero's Terms of Use, or Privacy Policy. We also reserve the right to investigate either party's participation in the Referral Program for potential fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the submission of fraudulent claims. If such activity is found, we may take appropriate action, including terminating the participation in the program and/or ClaimsHero's legal representation. ClaimsHero is an Arizona law firm, and the offer made in this program is governed by Arizona's Rules of Professional Conduct.
