Settlement:
Up to $4,000
A $3,600,000 settlement has been reached with Northbay Healthcare Corporation to resolve a class action lawsuit over a data breach that occurred between January 11 and April 1, 2024. A $3.6 million settlement fund has been established to provide benefits to affected individuals.

All class members are also eligible for three years of free credit monitoring services.
